    Cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy là gì?

    Cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy là phương pháp mới, phổ biến trong những năm gần đây, được hầu hết các bệnh viện, phòng khám nam khoa thực hiện.

    Đúng như tên gọi, khác với phương pháp cắt bao quy đầu truyền thống, quy trình cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy: các thao tác cắt – khâu đều được thực hiện bằng máy Surkon (công nghệ Stapler). 

    Nói thêm về phương pháp cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy, phương pháp này kết hợp cùng lúc việc cắt và khâu vết thương tự động, hạn chế chảy máu, cắt bao quy đầu ít đau. Khớp ghim sẽ tự rơi ra trong vòng 7 – 10 ngày

    Quy trình cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy Surkon

    Mô tả quy trình cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy được bác sĩ tiến hành như sau:

    • Vệ sinh sạch sẽ vùng quy đầu, chuẩn bị cắt bao quy đầu
    • Lắp chuông quy đầu: bác sĩ sẽ nong rộng và kéo căng bao quy đầu để đặt dụng cụ chặn quy đầu. Cố định bao quy đầu vào thanh chặn
    • Lắp máy cắt: bác sĩ tiến hành lắp máy cắt bao quy đầu vào thanh chặn
    • Cắt bao quy đầu: bóp mạnh tay cầm của dụng cụ và giữ nguyên trong 30 – 40 giây
    • Tháo dụng cụ và quấn gạc

    Cách thực hiện thủ thuật cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy tuy đơn giản, có sự hỗ trợ của thiết bị nhưng đòi hỏi bác sĩ thực hiện là người có chuyên môn, kỹ thuật cao. Nếu không khó có thể thao tác chính xác, gây chảy máu nhiều trong quá trình thực hiện.

    Ưu điểm cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy Surkon

    • Ít đau, ít chảy máu: Cắt bao quy đầu bằng máy Surkon cắt và khâu cùng một lúc, ít chảy máu hơn so với phương pháp truyền thống phải cắt xong mới tiến hành khâu vết thương hở.
