Cấu tạo một chiếc ống tai nghe

Gồm 3 phần:

  • Mặt nghe
  • Dây nghe
  • Quai nghe
  • Mặt nghe

Mặt nghe là thành phần quan trọng nhất của một chiếc ông nghe. Đây là nơi các rung động của âm thanh tưng cơ thể bệnh nhân được thu lại. Và khuếch đại lên gấp nhiều lần trước khi đến tai của người sử dụng.

Mặt nghe gồm màng nghe, chuông nghe và cấu tạo lõi mặt nghe.
+ Màng nghe: dùng để nghe âm thanh tần số cao
+ Chuông nghe: dùng nghe âm thanh có tần số thấp
+ Cấu tạo lõi: được làm bằng kim loại, là nơi gắn màng nghe và chuông nghe

Phân loại Ống nghe

  • Ống nghe 1 mặt:

Ống nghe một mặt là ống nghe chỉ có 1 mặt khám. Cấu tạo gồm: màng nghe ở một bên và sống lưng kết nối với dây nghe ở bên còn lại. Thiết kế một mặt nhờ công nghệ màng nghe tần số kép kết hợp cả tính năng chuông nghe (nghe tần số thấp) và màng nghe (nghe tần số cao). Với công nghệ màng nghe điều hướng do chính 3M phát minh. Các bác sĩ lâm sàng chỉ cần điều chỉnh áp lực lên mặt nghe để nghe âm thanh ở tần số khác nhau. Bạn không cần lật và điều chỉnh vị trí mặt nghe như mẫu hai mặt nghe. Chỉ cần ấn nhẹ mặt nghe để nghe âm thanh tần số thấp; ấn mạnh thêm chút nữa để nghe âm thanh tần số cao hơn.

  • Ống nghe 2 mặt:

Ống nghe 2 mặt là ống nghe có 2 mặt khám. Cấu tạo gồm có màng nghe (lớn) ở một bên và chuông nghe (nhỏ) ở bên còn lại hoặc cả 2 mặt đều là màng nghe nhưng kích thước lớn và nhỏ khác nhau (phù hợp người lớn và trẻ em). Ống nghe 2 mặt gồm ống nghe 2 màng nghe và ống nghe 1 màng 1 chuông.

  • Dây nghe

Dây nghe là bộ phận dẫn truyền âm thanh đã được phóng đại từ mặt nghe đến tai người sử dụng. Cấu tạo của dây nghe giống như 1 ống nước với lõi rỗng. Khác biệt giữ các thương hiệu ống nghe chính là chất liệu của dây nghe

Thông thường, dây nghe sẽ nối với mặt nghe thông qua một chuôi nghe bằng kim loại. Đối với ống nghe 2 mặt, phần chuôi nghe này còn đóng vai trò như một công tắc để người dùng có thể lựa chọn bên nghe phù hợp. Khi muốn chuyển đổi giữa 2 mặt nghe bạn chỉ cần quay mặt nghe một góc 180 độ cho đến khi nghe một tiếng cạch

Dây nghe được chia thành 2 loại là dây đơn (1 dây) và dây đôi (2 dây). Nhiều loại ống nghe được trang bị 2 dây riêng biệt để dẫn truyền âm thanh đến từng tai. Tuy nhiên, loại dây này có một nhược điểm rất lớn là tạo ra khá nhiều tạp âm do 2 dây ma sát với nhau trong quá trình sử dụng. Vì vậy, hầu như tất cả các ống nghe hiện nay đều đã chuyển sang sử dụng dây đơn.

Bạn cần phân biệt dây đơn, dây đôi và lõi đơn, lõi kép. Dây đơn/đôi là số lượng dây bạn có thể nhìn thấy từ bên ngoài còn lõi đơn/kép là số ống dẫn âm bên trong lớp vỏ bọc của dây nghe. Thông thường, các dòng ống nghe Cardiology sử dụng dây đơn lõi kép, lõi kép có hiệu quả cách âm với môi trường ngoài rất cao.

  • Quai nghe

Quai nghe cũng có tác dụng truyền âm thanh nhưng có cấu tạo bằng kim loại. Điều này giúp người sử dụng có thể thoải mái điều chỉnh góc mở của quai nghe mà không sợ làm tổn hại đến phần ống dẫn âm ở bên trong.

Đối với ống nghe cao cấp, phần quai nghe sẽ được thiết kế với một góc độ vừa phải dựa trên cấu trúc giải phẫu học của tai, giúp bạn có thể sử dụng ống nghe trong một thời gian dài mà không phải lo sẽ bị đau tai

Nút tai được gắn chặt vào phần quai nghe. Đây là phần thường xuyên bị bỏ qua nhất khi lựa chọn ống nghe nhưng lại quyết định rất lớn đến sự thoải mái của người dùng. Một nút tai mềm dẻo và vừa khít với tai sẽ giúp loại bỏ phần lớn tạp âm bên ngoài. Đồng thời bảo đảm cho tai không bị nhức mỏi do lực ép của quai nghe.

Cách sử dụng ống nghe đúng

Nếu bạn sử dụng ống nghe y tế mà cho ra âm thanh không rõ, có thể thử các cách sau:

  • Điều chỉnh, thay thế kích thước tai nghe cho phù hợp sẽ cho hiệu quả âm thanh tốt nhất;
  • Điều chỉnh quai nghe: trước khi đeo ống nghe, bạn nên mở góc của quai nghe hướng ra phía trước. Khi đó tai nghe sẽ vừa vặn với tai của bạn cho chất lượng âm thanh tốt nhất;
  • Chuông nghe: Khi sử dụng loại ống nghe 2 mặt, tùy thuộc vào tần số âm thanh cao hay thấp mà người nghe phải sử dụng đĩa nghe hay chuông nghe bằng cách trở mặt nghe;
  • Kiểm tra sự cố tắc nghẽn: Nếu ống nghe ít được vệ sinh, sự cố tắc nghẽn do bụi có thể xảy ra. Vệ sinh thường xuyên sẽ giúp bạn ngăn chặn tình trạng tắc nghẽn;
  • Kiểm tra các mối nối: Chất lượng âm thanh của ống nghe phụ thuộc phần lớn vào các mối nối kín giữa các phần của ống nghe như: mặt nghe, dây nghe, quai nghe, tai nghe, riềm bao màng nghe. Việc các mối nối hư hỏng sẽ dẫn đến tình trạng âm thanh nghe không rõ.
